Reunion Island bassist Teddy Sorres has released his second single, “Perd Pa,” available on all streaming platforms since August 9th. The track features lead vocals by Abbygaelle Juliette, backing vocals by Coralie Permal, and percussion by Jerome Calcine, blending Sorres’ signature jazz fusion with maloya rhythms.

A graduate of the Centre des Musiques Didier Lockwood, Sorres is celebrated for fusing jazz with the traditional sounds of Reunion Island. “Perd Pa” continues this exploration, offering a modern take on the island’s cultural and musical heritage.
