How to check in your music: We want to make sure your music reaches our desk safely. To allow your files to clear our check-in desk smoothly, please route all review material via streaming links or cloud downloads. Avoid overloading your travel documents with heavy email attachments. They exceed standard weight limits, stall our processing servers, and usually get rerouted straight to the spam hangar.
What to expect: We genuinely love discovering the new music arriving at our gates from all over the world. However, our small ground crew handles a massive daily volume at the terminal. As much as we would love to welcome and give the green light to every track and record, we simply do not have the administrative capacity or the terminal space to respond to every incoming flight.
Transit delays: While we review everything that lands in our inbox, we cannot guarantee a response to every submission. With that in mind, please do not log duplicate bookings or page our team across alternative communication channels while your project is pending. If it fits our upcoming schedule or playlist manifest, our crew will reach out to your cockpit directly.
