As an intro for this show, we kick off with Cochemea (“All My Relations”) …we then travel to the blues by the Bongo Ikwe, from Nigeria…as some say, the blues came from Africa, from the Delta Niger and the surrounding area in the Sahara Desert.

We then go to New Orleans with the Hot 8 Brass Brand interpreting Marvin Gaye‘s “Sexual Healing” instruments only…

We continue our trip through world music and global beats maintaining an African perspective…only finishing with Nithin Sawney‘s “Nadia”…
