Playlist: Grupo Lokito (August 2021)

On Sunday 15th of August, from 5PM to 7PM, Grupo Lokito and their flavourful vibes will brighten up the Garrison Church in Woolwich for our next Sounds of the World event.

Their high-spirited and dynamic Afro-Latin and Afro-Cuban sound is made for dancing and to leave behind all the hustle-and-bustle and troubles of the “outside world”.

Bringing together salsa with rumba, tropical scents and Cuban flow, the sets of the London-based band are one-of-a-kind rhythmic adventures across the Atlantic Ocean.

If you feel musically adventurous enough, let them transport you in their exhilarating music realm with a very Lokito playlist featuring their listening and inspiration…
