El Leon Pardo‘s flute-driven space voyage takes us on a trip through Afro-Colombian futuristic folklore on Viaje Sideral, whilst La BOA — La Bogotá Orquesta Afrobeat takes the beat of afrobeat, literally Tony Allen‘s unique drum patterns, on an encounter with Afro-Colombian traditions.

We keep on groove-travelling in Colombia, head south for some Afro-Peruvian beats before going to the mother content for some afrobeat meets hip-hop, Ghanaian fusion and Congotronics.
