Crafted by Atlanta-based producer Matt Mansfield, also known as Piper Street Sound, this remix EP breathes new life into tracks from his celebrated 2021 project Black Eyed Peace. Working alongside dub engineers Victor Rice, Mad Professor, and Naram, the EP presents innovative interpretations of Mansfield’s original tracks.

Drawing inspiration from the Southern U.S. and Afro-Caribbean influences, Black Eye Dub merges rocksteady rhythms, intricate horn arrangements, and the masterful guitar work of Andy Bassford. Together, these elements create an immersive experience that explores themes of “pain and peace” with depth and nuance.
