Trinidadian singer Queen Omega and Italian producer Paolo Baldini come together once more for a striking live take on “You Are Not Alone”, released digitally on the 27th of March via La Tempesta Dub to mark one year since Baldini’s solo album In The Shell.

Captured live at Sghetto in Bologna in November 2024, the performance distils the raw energy of their collaboration. Omega’s powerful, roots-driven vocal cuts through Baldini’s spacious, textured dub, a sound he’s honed over decades behind the desk.

The release also includes “Dub Is Not Alone”, a brand new version that expands the track into deeper, heavier territory. Both cuts reflect the signature DubFiles style: warm, analogue, stripped-back, and deeply immersive.

Lyrically, “You Are Not Alone” echoes Queen Omega’s longstanding themes of unity, strength and spiritual defiance, while further cementing Baldini’s position at the heart of Europe’s dub scene.
