Belgian duo Micha Volders and visual artist Miet Warlop‘s debut single ‘OK GO – ঠিক আছে যাও’ offers a glimpse into their upcoming album ICCHĀ. With raw drums, chanting, and deep Bodhran drumming, the track embodies the dynamic essence of Dhaka.

Extracted from the album set to release on 24th May via Mutropia label, the single features artist Shayer Noor‘s mantra-like shouts and airy backing vocals. It’s a hypnotising fusion of raw drums and invoking chants, exploring the tension between humans and words.

Born from their 2023 collaboration Chant For Hope with Dhaka artists, ICCHĀ delves into the richness of the Bengali language.
