L.A.B, short for “Live And Breathing,” is a New Zealand band known for their eclectic blend of reggae, roots, soul, funk, and rock. Their music is characterised by infectious grooves, catchy melodies, and heartfelt lyrics that often explore themes of love, life, and social commentary.

L.A.B is set to release their sixth studio album, L.A.B VI, on the 23rd of February. The album was recorded over nearly two years at Wellington’s Surgery Studios, with tracks like “Ocean Demon” likely exploring themes of inner struggle and resilience.

The band will tour festivals in New Zealand, Australia, and the US to celebrate the release.
