Duplex is a Belgian project launched by two very talented musicians, Didier Laloy (diatonic accordion) and Damien Chierici (violin).

They are ready to release a collection of 14 tracks titled Maelstrom, which will be published by ARC Music on January 27.

Their sound is infused with a traditional as well as experimental flair that makes it stand out. Laloy and Chierici are both excellent instrumentalists coming from different generations and backgrounds, weaving together a captivating exchange between their two instruments and exploring a variety of musical styles, such as contemporary folk, psychedelia, progressive jazz and experimental.
