Arumbo is a band based between Brussels and Barcelona that combines rumba and fusion music with Latin, West African and Middle Eastern influences, creating danceable songs with heartfelt melodies. The group was formed in the summer of 2015 and consists of seven musicians with diverse musical backgrounds.

Their new song, “Red River,” pays tribute to the blood that women release from their bodies every month, returning it to the earth, as well as to the cycle related to the moon. The band also accompanied the song with a music video, which was censored by Youtube because it deals with natural bodily processes.
