Akua Naru releases her new single “Falling,” a revised track from her album The Miner’s Canary. The release, featuring the music video, coincides with her fifth album launch, All About Love: New Visions. Inspired by bell hooks‘ book, the album explores themes of love through new and reimagined songs.

Naru, a noted hip-hop artist, poet, and activist, continues to delve into the experiences of Black women through her music. The single “Falling” also features Philadelphia alt-soul artist, vocalist, songwriter, and vocal coach Jakeya Limitless, known for her powerful vocal performance and songwriting.
