The brothers Raphael and Sylvain Dubert, Les Frères Dübz, have a passion for street performances that allow them to interact closely with their audience.
Their music transports listeners to the shores of the Peloponnese. Their repertoire consists indeed of traditional Greek, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern-inspired compositions and dances, which they showcase during their live shows.
They are accompanied by a rhythm section consisting of double bass and percussion, and their string ensemble (guitar, bouzouki and lavta) takes the audience on a musical journey that shifts between melancholic and festive atmospheres, much like “a sailboat navigating the Aegean Sea”.
Completing the ensemble are Julien Ducoin on double bass and Eric Navet on percussion.
