Well versed in poetry and performance, Allysha Joy’s husky vocals arch across influences from jazz, soul, broken-beat and R&B with that uniquely inimitable “Australian” sound.

Seamlessly forging her own sound as singer, songwriter, keys player and producer, Joy is well known as 30/70’s lead vocalist, with a heavy line-up of collaborations over the years, having released with the likes of Rhythm Section and Brownswood.

On the live circuit, Joy has performed alongside the likes of Ezra Collective, The Teskey Brothers, Children of Zeus, KOKOROKO and many notable festivals.
