Welcome the weekend with a funky new mix by London-based collective, label and party-starters University of Tropical Sound inspired by their brand new release Diatribes REMIXES and exploring the concept of “global bass”.
“Global Bass is a term mainly used by producers to describe heavy electronic bass music mixed with traditional musical elements from regions around the world and that encompasses a long list of sub and micro-genres such as NuCumbia, Footwork and Afrobass to name a few”.
