Cumbia urbana group ¿Qiensave? has teamed up with producer El Dusty to release “Quemayama,” the lead single from their upcoming remix album Reanimación, set to drop on the 18th of  October. Featuring Bay Area rapper Deuce Eclipse, the track blends nu-cumbia with hip-hop for a fresh take on the original.

¿Qiensave?, based in Salinas, California, fuses traditional cumbia with modern sounds, while El Dusty, known as the “Father of dub cumbia,” brings his signature electronic influence. Deuce Eclipse adds a dynamic hip-hop edge to the remix, making it a standout collaboration.

The remix album Reanimación breathes new life into tracks from ¿Qiensave?’s previous projects, pushing the boundaries of their sound by incorporating electronic beats and urban influences.
