Dizzy Mandjeku & Odemba OK Allstars, the esteemed Congolese ensemble, announce the release of their new single, “Odemba #2,” from their latest EP Odemba Nostalgie – Rumba Congolaise out now via Zephyrus Records.

Dizzy Mandjeku, a legendary guitarist, founded Odemba OK Allstars in Brussels to preserve the unique ‘Rumba Odemba’ style, blending traditional Congolese elements with modern arrangements. The single “Odemba #2” is a medley honouring Franco Luambo, showcasing Mandjeku’s musicianship.

The album, produced by Toms Ntale and mixed by Vincent Kenis, offers an authentic journey into Congolese rumba, featuring contributions from renowned musicians like Malage de Lugendo, Lokombe N’Kalulu, and Mukulu Muki.
